We package each plant individually to make sure it arrives in the best possible condition, but there are risks associated with shipping live plants. We advise you to open your plant carefully and as soon as you receive it. If your plant arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours. It is very important to take photos of the plant & the packaging it came in. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any items, however, in the event of any issues please let us know and we will do our best to fix it. We ship to all 48 continental US States.
